Plastic bag pants, Nice fit

These pants are so unbreathable that it feels like you are wearing a plastic trash bag on your legs. Went for a ~9mi hike in 40 deg and immediately had to zip into shorts mode. Even with the legs zipped off I was sweating like crazy under there. My legs will sweat even just sitting on the couch with them on. I don't see myself being able to wear these in any situation. It's really too bad because the fit is great and it's hard to find zip offs that aren't 9-11" long in shorts mode. Build quality so-so. Not sure I'll take any more chances with the Stoic brand.
