Head-turning shorts

There's so much to love about these shorts. The tiger lily/taupe color is definitely a head turner, the fabric is soft and stretchy, the cut is flattering, and the length goes far enough down your thighs that you don't have to worry about your cheeks hanging out. Beware that the fit is MID RISE (NOT high-waisted), which wasn't specified in the description. I first wore them with a crop top and was quickly humbled as the shorts sit below the narrowest part of your waist and look strange with an exposed midriff. I'll only be wearing them with full length tops.

Finally Found the Holy Grail of Shorts

As a female mountain biker with thick thighs and smaller waist, these shorts are PERFECT! I am 5"4 on a good day and am 150 lbs, built like a gymnast; and bought a size 8. I have short legs and finding shorts that I'm not constantly pulling down or just look like capris on me has been insanely difficult. These will look great out on the town and on the bike - they have enough room for a thin chamois. Super stoked and bought the green and black pair. Hoping they'll come back with something similar if not the same because I need every color!

For 98% cotton and only 2% spandex I expected these shorts to run on the stiff side, but they have great stretch. I'm typically a size 6 and sometimes a size 8 but would definitely recommend sizing up if you want a looser fit. I could've gone with a size 10 and been happy, but due to the fabric I imagine it will stretch with more use. I'm excited to wear these all summer!
