Hands were freezing

I bought these for skiing but used them shoveling three times. They did not keep my fingers warm at all. My fingers were freezing cold after about 20 minutes. It was only 30 degrees outside so I can't imagine they would do well in colder weather. Super disappointed.

This is the second pair of these exact mittens that I have purchased. They are the warmest mittens I have purchased and last serval seasons skiing 60+ days. They do run small, so I suggest sizing up. I bought a large and they fit perfect, but there is no way that a medium would have fit and I have pretty normal sized hands.
