Cochise 120 Dyn Alpine Touring Boot
The Tecnica Cochise 120 Dyn Ski Boot might be for the backcountry, but the ski mode is so secure that we don't mind riding it in the resort from time to time. Redefining all-mountain, this versatile boot brings the power in powder, and is still light enough for charging up skintracks. We also like the completely customizable fit thanks to Tecnica's C.A.S. technology that allows bootfitters to mold the shell and liner to your footshape.

Seamless process of researching and purchasing these outstanding boots on Backcountry.com. I contacted Backcountry.com customer service AND their technical team to get advice and guidance . . . which the provided in excellent fashion. Received the boots, matched them up with a new pair of Dynafit "Radical" touring bindings mounted on a new pair of WNDR "Intention 110" skis in 178cm length. PERFECT and flawless performance in both alpine (downhill) and alpine touring modes. Extremely comfortable boots (among the warmest I've ever worn!), terrific in either downhill or uphill (skinning/touring) mode. I'd highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great all-round, all-mountain/ski boot!
