Why We Like The Tecnica Zero G Peak Boot
When our dream lines and conditions live deep in the backcountry we call on the Tecnica Zero G Peak Boot. These boots combine a lightweight but rigid carbon fiber construction with 75° of walk mode to keep us comfortable and confident on our long walks. When we finally get to the top of our desired line the aluminum buckles let us lock our foot in place to ski confidently.

Definitely some improvements needed
- Familiarity:
- I've used it several times
- Size Bought:
- 24.5
- Height:
- 5' 4"
- Weight:
- 115
Pros: - lightweight - the shell is moldable in the bunion area - snug fit Cons: - the power strap is useless - slips up above the boot cuff - the walk feature lever is too long and gets tangled in ski pants - no support in the ankle area (both buckles completely miss this area) - the upper buckle should be lower - the lower buckle should be higher - the part of the lower buckle that straps over the toes should be omitted
