Enjoy powerful descents and smooth ascents with the Tecnica Zero G Tour Scout Boot
What Our Gearhead® Experts Are Saying:
"The Zero G Tour Scout is the best of both worlds—it’s light enough for long tours but gives me the confidence and control I need on the downhill. I love the dual blocking walk mechanism; it feels solid and responsive when I’m charging downhill. Plus, the customizable liner and shell give me a comfortable, dialed-in fit, and the range of motion is amazing for steep ascents. It’s my go-to for backcountry days when I want reliable performance both up and down."
The Tecnica Zero G Tour Scout Alpine Touring Boot is the ideal choice for backcountry skiers who demand both exceptional uphill mobility and powerful downhill performance. Perfect Touring Boot
These are ski touring machines disguised as downhill boots. They walk just as well as they ski, and they honestly do ski like downhill boots. I struggled with getting a different pair of well-reputed touring boots to fit all season long and was about to throw in the towel until I came across the Zero G Tour Scout. Can honestly say they have saved my season and allowed me to complete my dream trip (Bugs to Rogers Traverse). The liners are somewhat thin but surprisingly really warm and comfortable. Superb out-of-the-box fit - did not heat mold the liners or do any work on the shells, and skied some pretty big days at the end of this season with no blisters. Lighter weight and better range of motion than some other leading touring boots this season too. The only "flaw" I've been able to find is that the power strap doesn't stay in place when it is somewhat loosened, i.e. when in walk mode.
