Versatile Short-Sleeve Shirt blends durability and performance for all-purpose training

What Our Gearhead® Experts Are Saying:

"This shirt lives up to its name—it’s the one I wear for pretty much everything. Strength training, runs, or just hanging out post-workout. It’s breathable, durable, and holds up wash after wash. The fit is dialed, and it doesn’t stretch out or cling."

When our training routine changes day to day, the Ten Thousand Versatile Short-Sleeve Shirt keeps up without compromise. Designed for performance across disciplines, it combines breathable fabric with a structured, athletic fit that works just as well for heavy lifts as it does for mid-distance runs.

Silver ion anti-odor tech keeps it feeling fresh through tough sessions, while reinforced seams boost long-term durability. The sweat-wicking performance ensures we stay cool and dry, even when the intensity spikes. Whether it’s your go-to for gym sessions or weekend recovery days, this shirt holds its own.

Too short

As many other people have mentioned, these shirts are too short. I don't really understand how this got approved in product testing, but I think they need to go back to the drawing board. Ordered 3 shirts and sent them straight back.

Tough and Reliable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I own both interval shirts and session shirts and have been impressed with both. The interval shirt is built to take punishment, and I expect to get a lot of mileage out of it. Its odor blocking treatment is fantastic, and I haven't experienced any chafing even after extended intense training sessions.

Too Short

As other reviews have stated, the V2 interval shirt is too short. The V1 was probably my all time favorite shirt. If it's not broken, don't fix it!!

Shirt is too short…

Size M. 5’10”, 170. Material is great, the fit at the neck, shoulder, and sleeve is good. Shirt length is very poor… please consider adding 1 to 1. 5 inches to the length of the shirt.

Lightweight and Reliable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Lightweight, breathable, and fits like a glove. Wicks sweat fast and looks clean. A training staple.

New fit is terrible

New fit is terrible. Way too short and boxy. Bring back the old versatile shirt.

Good tank. Work on keeping it in stock.

The tank itself is great. It's pathetic they can't keep the tank or anything properly stocked. I want to buy things when I need then not when they happen to be in stock. I'd buy more if they were just available all the time. I don't want to feel pressured to buy them because they might become out of stock for months at a time.

Fits and looks great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The material is light, and fits perfectly. Not tight, comfortable, but still contouring your arms and chest, revealing their shape.

Bring back the old version!

I’ve relied on Ten Thousand’s shirts for years—they were the only workout shirts I wore. The fit, material, and weight were all perfect. I was excited to try the updated version, but unfortunately, the fit has completely changed. It’s now too boxy, the length is too short (any time I raise my arms, my stomach shows), and the sleeves are longer than before. The new tank top is not flattering at all either. I don’t understand why they would change something that worked so well. I really hope they bring back the old fit because the previous dimensions were spot on. Until then, I’m back to searching for the perfect workout shirt.

Nice shirt, but too short

As a lot of other reviews have stated, these shirts are oddly short in length. I'm 5'8" and the small and medium are both too short for me, but the medium is also way too bulky for me. Add a couple inches on to the small and it would be a perfect fit for me. Oh well, will continue looking at other brands for a workout shirt.
