Good fit + good look
- Familiarity:
- I've used it several times
- Size Bought:

From the first time I first wore these shoes they felt good: support where it was needed, nice room in the toe box. I appreciated the tab to pull the tongue forward as needed and the tab on the heel also assisted getting the shoe on right. My feet felt good after a couple of hours on trails. Since I am also interested in looking nice while I’m out hiking with friends, I really liked the warm chocolate shoe with dusty teal and rose accents. The sole in a shade of brown was a good choice for me to pair with darker pants in the cool season. I am pleased with both the comfort and the look. Also, I tie the knot loops after I initially tie the laces and this second knot seems to keep them tied.

Very comfy!
These hiking shoes are very light and comfortable. The only annoying thing is the laces don't stay tied, even when double knotted. That and I was disappointed that the color is more muted & not as vibrant as in the picture.

Great
Plan to use these in an upcoming trip. Love the color. Good looking. Very comfortable for an older gal with a bunion!

Heel is too loose
Nice shoe and it fit correctly. Awesome sole. But it slid at least an inch on my heel and I had to return.

Great shoe for work
We are required to wear non-slip shoes at work. The waffle soles are perfect. Also I frequently walk through wet grass, and these keep my feet dry. I use insoles since I had plantar fasciitis. At first my outer foot joint on one foot rubbed. My coworker said to try thicker socks, which worked. I imagine next summer they won't need thicker socks. I usually prefer narrow sized footwear. These work well. They stay tied with a double tied bow. They are great for loosening dirt on the ground at work. My feet always feel great and I have no pains in my heels or back. I am 60 years old.

Not Perfect, but Good
Teva is my favorite brand of shoes. I garden a lot. I wanted a waterproof shoe. These are not as comfortable as the Hurricane or the Fisherman, but they work, with my orthotic. I have a slightly club foot.

Not my favorite Teva
I have other Teva boots, so I ordered my usual size. This style fits great in the toes, but is a little loose in the back. It's not such a problem that the shoe is coming off, but it is enough to rub and get annoying after wearing for several hours.

too wide
I really liked the style of the shoe but was disappointed in the fit: there is absolutely no arch support. the insole is perfectly flat; I generally wear a medium width but this shoe is much wider [perhaps I should have known that, since it doesn't come in different widths.]

Didn't work for me
The shoes were nice but I have a bunion and the seams rubbed up against that part of my foot and I could not wear them.

Blisters everywhere
I wanted to love these shoes, but I can't. These shoes are overly stiff, do not break in at all, cause blisters on your toes and heels and have a massive seam in the middle of the heel that is incredibly irritating. I tried to break them in over several hikes before a big trip. They never got better, and mid-vacation I ended up having to purchase a pair of Altra Lone Peaks. The Altras saved my feet and needed no break in time and I didn't get any additional blisters once I made the switch.
