Teva changed sizing + Quality isn't same
- Familiarity:
- I returned this product before using it
- Size Bought:
- 14
Normally wear a size 15, however, Tevas have always run big. Not anymore. Ordered size 14 and was too small. Plus, Teva must have changed the glue in recent years because all my Tevas are separating. No longer durable in water - wearing them as lake shoes only accelerates the decomposition process. Too bad - used to love Tevas.

Solid sandal for land and water
I have used this sandal for several sandals almost constantly during the warm and hot months of the Texas coast. It is ruggedly built and protects my feet from most scrapes. It is comfortable from the beginning. I also readily wade through water with it, and it dries quickly. I get no blisters or rubbing. I have just about worn out the tread on my current pair, so I have bought an identical set for replacement when my current pair finally give up the ghost.

Lasted less than 6 months.
The headline says it all. The heel support strap pulled out of the sole.

Not as good as the Toachi 2
I've owned 2 pairs of Teva's since I started wearing sandles 30 years ago. I've tried the Terra Fi 5 around the house. I just can't get confortable with them. There's an arch support now that I can't quite line up with my feet. The triangle on the inside of the ankles isn't comfortable and it looks like the will wear through quickly. I like to keep my sandles loose on the top but tight front to back to keep my feet from overheating. I can't seem to do that with these and have to keep tight on all sides because there's no clip to hold the settings...so my feet are overheating. I might have to return and go with a different brand.

Great shoes
I needed a Women's size 9, which was not available, so I ordered a Men's size 7, which works perfectly. This is one of the few sandals I can wear, since I have multiple problems with my feet

Really comfortable but defective
My dad was originally super stoked to have these sandals. They fit well, have great arch support and we're overall very comfortable. He's worn them a handful of times last August and this July and one of the straps came out of the sole. These are not fit for moderate use. What's CRAZY is that he still has his tevas from the 90s!!! Wears them every year!! These new ones lasted 13 months and a total of 2 months use. I wish I could attach a photo :(

Ain't what it used to be.
Since I live in Sweden, we can wear sandals for about 4-5 months per year. This means it took about 18-20 months for the sandals to break. At the beginning of the summer, they started developing small holes in the sole. But now, as summer comes to an end, you can see through the sandal. The quality of the sole is extremely poor, as it took less than two years to break down. I can no longer recommend these sandals. They are comfortable, but they wear out far too easily. My last ones lasted for 9 years, and those years was I very active.

Crazy about this sandal but...
Hi there, I have been wearing year round Terra Fi sandals for years now. It is practically the only shoewear I wear. I was so disappointed to see that it is not available in size 16 mens anymore? What are the chances that you will bring that back please? TIA
