I bought this coat from Backcountry & it is gone. Size M fits my 5’8” frame fine. It is comfortable. I bought it first directly from The Great though & it arrived with broken parts. Contacted the company. They offered a ‘send it back then we’ll send you another one after we receive this one’ slow exchange but I needed the coat for a trip so I ordered from BackCountry instead (arrived quickly). Asked for a refund from The Great instead. They sent me a label but no refund until they received it. After 24 days they wrote to me to tell me that the label had now ‘expired’ so I could not send it back. I wrote & told them that they had not let me know that it needed to be scanned by X date & it was a defective item so could you please reissue a label? The gal ghosted me. No reply. No help. I tried numerous times over several days. Just mean. You expect an item to be sent to you ‘not broken’ but when they send you their expensive coat and it is broken you expect them to help you. They apparently don’t stand behind their products and they are not very interested in helping you (their customer who has bought many things from them).
