Perfect for climbing

Bought a second pair because I love the first so much. Great for indoor and outdoor climbing even in warm weather because the fabric is rather light. Pockets are amazing. Have not experienced excessive pilling, but I only use for climbing.

best hiking capris ever!

Love the fit and style of these capris. They are tailored without being tight, made of a super soft fabric that I am hoping will wear well and not be prone to pilling. Time will tell! The waist is super comfortable and the length is just right. Colors are great too.

Would buy in different colors
Great fit, capris length is perfect, and runs true to size, purchased a Small. For reference I'm 5'1" 129#. I wish these came in more colors.

Fabric Pills Easily
After only one wear, I noticed them pilling on the backside. Another reviewer mentioned it prior to my purchase and I hoped it was a one off. Nope! I, too, expected better quality from North Face... I can only wear them around the house since having butt pilling in public is not my thing.
