It's nice. But not what I expect
Back straps are too short. When used it as back pack straps hurt your shoulders.

Great bag, super useful

I use this bag all the time. Yes, the strap that causes the bag to collapse is annoying (as mentioned in other reviews) but this is a wonderful bag that is versatile and attractive. It was exactly what I was looking for and has been a great addition to my wardrobe.

absolutely great tote! the best part about it's a 2 in 1 meaning it's a tote and it also turns into a backpack! the tote is so durable and I absolutely love it!
