Why We Like The North Face Circaloft Hooded Jacket
We like the Circaloft Hooded Jackete from The North Face for its baffled insulation and quilted construction. The quilting pattern holds sheets of synthetic insulation in place to prevent drafts and cold spots while the jacket's circular design is mostly made of recycled materials and meant to be recycled at the end of its life for a second generation of products.

Loving my new jacket
The jacket feels weightless yet it is very warm.The zippered chest pocket is great for the storage of gloves and items like a cell phone or wallet.It is easily accessible. The other two zippered side pockets give secure storage of items. The hood covers the head well and has a toggle that cinches it down for a comfortable fit. It comes with a small stuff sack for packing and traveling. I have worn the jacket a few times in somewhat cold weather (with a base layer underneath) while doing a brisk walk and felt comfortable.

Such a versatile piece. Small but mighty.
Great jacket for fall/winter/spring. Incredibly warm & light,can endure wind/snow/rain. TTS. Layer-able with big hood & pockets. I run in -30C, worth the $.

Good investment for Spring chill
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] bought it to go to France with Variable weather and it was perfect lightweight piece for keeping me warm in May on cold airplanes adn trains and rainy days because it has a hood. just wish it was available in more colors than black and white [Plum?] in larger sizes.

Great piece but too boxy for me
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted to love this hoodie. It was the perfect weight for travel and I am obsessed with this color. Unfortunately, as some other reviewers noted, it is cut rather boxy and made me look frumpy. sigh

Great Piece, but too Boxy
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There was a lot to like about this hoodie and I really wanted to love it. I imagined traveling with this handy, lightweight piece. Unfortunately I found the shape quite unflattering. It is cut very "square" and boxy. It just made me feel frumpy. So it had to go back - sigh.
