Great jacket for snowboarding

Love my new jacket! I purchased this to wear for snowboarding because I was super sick of crunchy outer shells and bulky midlayers. This year's vibe was about comfort and cozy over everything. I am typically a size small in normal clothes, but usually size up to medium in ski gear. This jacket runs small, so I ended up with a large and it fits great. Roomy enough to have full range of motion, and snug enough to stay put. The sporty features like armpit vents and powder skirt are super helpful while on the mountain, but from the outside it looks like a normal black puffy jacket so it transitions easily off the mountain too. Worth the price!

Defective Jacket

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding this jacket I purchased from North Face on October 30th. I had specifically bought it to wear on my birthday trip to London in decembre expecting the quality and reliability that North Face is known for. To my surprise, upon arriving in London, I noticed a small patch 0,5 cm that appears to be covering a cut or defect on the jacket. This was extremely disappointing,
