Why We Like The Clement Triclimate Jacket
Adapt to the changing weather with the help of The North Face Clement Triclimate Jacket. This winter jacket's three-in-one system pairs a waterproof, breathable shell with an insulated liner jacket to help us transition from frigid, stormy conditions to spring skiing to sunny skies with ease. It's perfect for our everyday winter wear and can pull off snowsports, too, thanks to its powder skirt, helmet-compatible hood, and internal goggle pocket.

The North Face is Dead
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This can be considered a joint review for the Clement Triclimate jacket, the Mountain light Triclimate Gore Tex jacket, the Thermoball Eco Triclimate jacket and the Side Cut Gore Tex jacket, as over the past month I've owned and returned all of them, as I don't believe any of them are remotely worth the prices tnf is charging for them. In virtually every aspect the quality of The North Face has dropped dramatically compared to just eight years ago. The shells on all the jackets were unbelievably thin, not retaining warmth and barely resisting moisture. Many short cuts and compromises are obvious in the construction resulting in a product that feels cheap and flimsy, a far cry from what the company was producing a decade ago. The zippers struggle to catch and it's awkward to work them up the front of the jackets. The overall sizing of each jacket was awkward and inconsistent, all of them trending too small, another hallmark of cheap, uninvolved garment manufacturing. The drawstrings all loosen with the slightest bit of movement, thus exposing the wearer to cold wind. Another thing older tnf products never did. Both the gore Tex and DryVent shells, regardless of the material composition and density are unbelievably thin across all the jackets I tried. And to top it all off, despite producing products that are only 30 to 40 percent the quality of past years, the prices for tnf products are higher than ever. As it stands, I'll never purchase another North Face product, and cannot recommend them to anyone.

Would recommend!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Went on a four day ski trip in VT with this jacket - I love it! I was warm and dry all four days despite the conditions being wet and 10-15 degrees F. Plenty of pockets. Absolutely satisfied with the purchase.

Decent or average
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The jacket was opened & the package was ripped open. Besides that, the jacket was a little small & I'm 5'11" and had originally ordered a Medium. So I reordered Large. There were only 2 zippered pockets and I wanted at least 4. The other 2 pockets were Velcro.

Snack pockets for days
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this coat. The inner matter by itself is a great jacket, and both layers together are darn near perfect. There are pockets for days so I can hide snacks from my kids and they can't possibly find them. I also really like that the good tightens from the back instead of from the collar, it stays in place well and gets tight to my ears to keep them warm. I hope I don't need to buy another coat for quite a long time, but if I do I'd seriously considering another one of these, it has everything I need.

5 stars North Face!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got this for my boyfriend for Hanukkah and he is obsessed! He loves the color and that it's basically three jackets in one. He's already worn some form of it to almost everything we've done and we haven't even snowboarded yet!
