Poorly made
Zipper is flimsy, pulled apart on first wear. Customer service was terrible, refused to return even though worn once and defective, said I could mail it in for 6-8 weeks for repair, didn't have any advice on what to wear for the winter while they had my brand new coat.

I would buy the product again next time w/o the issue
It's a great jacket except I don't know why there is a strap inside the coat at the stomach/waist. I didn't think it was necessary. I'll still give it a 5 star because I'm a nice customer. It's just that one thing that confused me.
