Just what i wanted.
This is a great coat. It is a little longer, and straighter than tailored styles. That is what I was looking for. I also wanted to buy it bigger so I could have room to spare and zip it up no matter what heavy sweatshirt, etc I had underneath it. I bought it for walks around town or for exercise so having the attached hood available at all times and big enough that I could zip up no matter the layers underneath were key. Note it has an elastic cinched sleeve at the end by the wrist which is great to keep out wind, but to be noted if you would find uncomfortable. It is super warm and fits the way I wanted it to and I am VERY happy with my purchase.

Arms wayyyy to tight, odd cuff
This coat could have been so good- the body is true to size. I'm usually always a medium in North face puffers and I'm 5'3" 138 but the arms on this were oddly tight. It made me look like the Michelin man and they put this horribly itchy, uncomfortable, tight, elastic cuff on the wrist....why!?!?!??

Roomy and comfy
Just arrived today. I am pleasantly surprised by the fit, I wasn't sure whether to get a medium or large, glad I sized down to the medium. It's a nice looking coat, bought to replace my previous long NF parka that lasted many years. I'm sure this one will be no different, the quality is great. I love the addition of the elastic on the wrists as well.

Perfect for Chicago winter
I was a little concerned after reading some reviews about how warm this coat would be. I am someone who is cold in 70 degrees (f). Wore this coat while outside for a couple hours in 20 degrees (f) and was toasty warm. This past week when it was 8 degrees (f) was the first time I was chilly, but not cold. 100% recommend.

No
Based on the warmth level from the website, the coat is very light weight and not warm. This coat is more appropriate for fall like temperatures.

I would buy this product again
I was looking for a puffer coat that would keep me warm in the windiest, coldest Northeast weather and this is close to perfection. The #1 best things are the warmth and how it keeps the wind out. The downside is that the snap buttons are small and a bit hard to manage. However, it is worth the extra warmth that it provides! I doubt you'll find a warmer coat that keeps wind out short of buying snow suits for skiing and wearing them in non-ski environments!

I would buy again
Nice and soft material. It keeps you warm. The jacket is on the thinner side not too thick. Would recommend.
