Why We Like The North Face MTN Range Down Parka
Made almost completely with recycled materials, The North Face MTN Range Down Parka gives us mountain-town winter protection in a sustainable package. The hybrid insulation design puts hollow-core fibers up top to trap heat even when wet and waterfowl down on the bottom to keep us feeling light. When the clouds release the fluff, this layer's impermeable membrane sloughs off the blanket of fresh snow, keeping us dry underneath.

Runs big and the pockets are weird
The size small was really big on me and the pockets are not normal pockets. I returned for a refund mostly because of the pockets.

Very warm, but sheds like crazy
It is super war and comfortable, great for the winter here in Chicago. However, it sheds a lot! Every time I wear it, I find feathers on my clothes.

Love it! Worth the money
Loved it. Very warm. Even when it gets warm and you walk indoors with it, you don't feel the need to immediately remove it. It's almost like thermal regulating. Even in high winds in the cold of Chicago, Paris and Seattle, I was very comfortable!
