I live in Vermont; small house, cold weather, mostly heat with wood stove which needs some fresh air, which means a cool/cold breeze on the floor. These slippers are warm and do not slip on the wood floor or mark it. Very lightweight on the foot. Takes some acrobatics to get them on, after which they do not slip or slide on the foot. Accurate sizing. I appreciate Backcountry service, sale prices, promos. Good products good service. Who could ask for anything more? Gene
