The NorthFace jacket was as described. However, I will only order from you as a last resort. Several years ago I received a pair of Uggs from you with a bad area of leather that my daughter put her finger through while putting them on. They were worn twice. You didn’t believe me and sent them back without exchanging them. I have not forgotten and only ordered the jacked because I couldn’t find the size elsewhere.

I would not buy again

Unfortunately, after only two uses, the zipper on the coat broke off. I have been advised by the company to submit a warranty claim, but I am uncertain how long this process will take,especially given the current cold weather and my grandson's urgent need for appropriate outerwear. As a result, I will need to purchase an alternative coat; however, I will be reconsidering my investment, as I did not expect a product priced over $120 to fail so soon.
