Would not buy for outdoor activities
Ive owned this jacket for two years and the zipper has broken twice already. Kicker is they broke in an office setting and not during an outdoor activity. Warmth is good and wind blocking is good tho

Great product - Would buy again
I bought this product for guiding glacier tours in Alaska during the summer. It quickly became my favorite and daily hoodie. If you layer properly it can become a great 3 season hoodie.

Great for high-output exercise.
This is the perfect insulation jacket for high-output exercise. Only core parts get insulation parts leaving other parts for breathability (helping moist out). It's pretty similar to the black diamond first light hybrid. I also compared this with arcteryx atom lt. It's of a similar build. However, atom lt has some thin fleece around areas not wrapped with insulation, making it more all-around in daily use. However, NTF's jacket is much better if you use it as an insulation jacket for hiking or running.

Great product
Great-fitting, mid-weight, jacket-hoodie. Material is soft and comfortable and fit can easily fit under a puffer for added warmth.

My new goto jacket
Absolutely love this jacket! Very comfortable, no shoulder seams. Id like to request one change. Please start embroidering the name and logo again! The "newer" way of screen printing the logo on items seams to make the items cheaper in appearance and not worthy of the brand...

New favorite coat

I would recommend this hoodie to anyone.
I use this as a layer to go under my jacket for additional warmth. The hoodie feels warm and soft to the touch. There are 2 pockets on the outside which are nice to have. This jacket does not come with an inside pocket which is disappointing. The jacket feels a little snug to me compared to any other north face jacket or fleece.
