Why We Like The North Face Summit Pacesetter 7in Short
Whether we're bagging another 14er or training for our next ultra, The North Face Summit Pacesetter 7in Short is built to go the distance. The stretch, split-hem construction keeps our strides restriction free, and the low-profile elastic waist prevents any digging or pinching as we scramble steep sections. With plenty of storage options onboard, this short keeps our phone and gels easily accessible while on the move, and our key stays securely stashed away inside the waistband's internal pocket.

I will buy more of these in the future.
Love the shorter version of this pair of shorts for all things trail running. Lightweight and comfortable.

I would buy this product again and again
I love these shorts and believe they're the best on the market. I also own the 5" length, and I hope a 3.5" or 3" is available in 2025!

Highly recommend and will buy again
Wore these shorts on a 45 mile 5 day backcountry backpacking trip in the wind river range in Wyoming (Cirque of the Towers loop). Absolutely loved the shorts! Super comfortable and i also went swimming in them to test them out and as advertised they dried very quickly. The waist band and liner took alittle longer to dry but not worth dinging my rating for it. I will be purchasing another pair or two for backpacking, workouts and playing pickleball!!

I would buy this again and again.
I use these shorts for my daily runs. They are extremely lightweight and do not chafe. They are a little pricy but worth it. Great for race days!

Total comfort
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Extremely lightweight and very comfortable. Great pockets for gels and keys. Great for hot runs, dry fast. Material is super thin.

Stupid sexy Flanders
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Feels like I'm wearin' nothing at all. Geared towards runners for sure, but I use them for workouts. Only reason they aren't my favorites is the pockets, but I knew that when I bought them. Lightweight and no chaffing so I'm calling it a W.

Light and Cool
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The shorts feel light, breathable and don't chafe me. I have no complaints. I would like to see TNF come out with a version that has a compression liner with a built in pocket instead of a brief. I like to run with my phone and I have to keep it in my vest instead when I wear these shorts. As a result I reach for a competitor brand for all my shorter runs. Not a drawback on the product itself. Just some food for thought.

Great shorts - not great zipper
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great running shorts, comfortable, good pockets - BUT - zipper broke after 3 runs.
