DWR (Durable Water Repellent) treatment is a special coating applied to tent fabrics that makes them water-resistant. This means that during light rain or wet conditions, water will bead up and roll off the surface instead of soaking in. This keeps the interior of your tent dry, ensuring a more comfortable camping experience.

PU (Polyurethane) coating is a waterproof barrier applied to tent materials, particularly the fly and floor. The waterproof rating, indicated by numbers like 5000mm or 1200mm, shows how much water pressure the fabric can withstand before leaking. A higher rating means better protection against heavy rain, making your tent more reliable in wet conditions.

A freestanding tent is designed to stand on its own without needing to be staked to the ground. This feature allows for quick and easy setup, as well as the flexibility to relocate the tent without disassembling it.
