Does not fit
I am trying to use the 60" Square EVO bars (PN 712500) with an EVO Raised rail kit (PN 710405) The spacing between factory rails on my 2021 Chevy Traverse is about 45" (114 cm) There is only about 25 cm of slot on each end of the bar so I cannot place the raised rail components close enough. The older style Thule square rails would not have had this problem. With this new bird brain design you cannot put longer bars like I want.

Easy to take off and put on
I bought this because I didn't want to leave a rack whistling and reducing mph on all this time. It is very easy to take off and put on (about 5 minutes). Thanks.

Rust and expensive
Absurdly expensive for a couple of 135 cm long bars that I must now replace since they have rusted to the point of being dangerous. Yes, I've had the rack for about 7 years but I have also taken excellent care.

Precise and rugged fit!
The EVO 135 Square Bar and Flush Rail kit that was purchased for our Buick Regal TourX fit nicely on the roof rails. The existing bike racks that I had from my old vehicle fastened securely.

Great rack!
This is the 3rd or 4th Thule rack I've had since I was a teenager and the quality, ease of use and assembly and versatility has always been there! My bars were missing an end call and Thule was quick to send me replacements. Great product for all our needs, kayaks to ladders and more!

Poor bar design
I was replacing raised bar racks and bars on a 4Runner which is not a narrow vehicle. I wanted the exact same set up I’ve used for 15 years. I am so disappointed that the new design only allows you to use 53” bars. Forced to buy Yakima which even recommends 60” bars on a 4Runner. :(

An improved square bar system
Just like the first Thule bars I owned many years ago, these SquareBar Evo bars accommodate the original load stops. After several iterations of aerodynamic Thule and non-Thule bars, I realize now prefer the square bar system for ladders, lumber, canoes, etc. The Evo system foot is an improvement over the original. Wind noise (on a 2023 Kia Telluride) is managed by keeping front bar as far rearward as practical, and using a spiral of bungee cord on both bars.

Thule Rack System Install and Interoperability
Bought a new set of towers and SquareBar EVO for a new car. Installation was easy and quick. I love the torque wrench tool to deliver precise torque to the hold down bolts. I have old bike racks from an older EVO bar and they fit perfectly. One of the best engineered products I have ever purchased

Cross bars
I find it very disconcerting that in 2018 I purchased a fit kit and cross bars to my 2017 Jeep grand Cherokee and then discovered that I had to purchase a complete !new fit kit and crossbars for my 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee. This is in my opinion LUDICROUS
