Awesome T2 Pro X
I've own mine for almost two years, it is very durable and easy to use. How would I go about and get a replacement key for the Thule lock? I have misplaced the key after I moved from California.

Have to buy locks separately
Doesn’t come with bike locks. It only comes with one lock which is used to lock the rack to the hitch. You would have to buy 2 additional locks for the 2 bikes, and then need 3 keys for the 3 locks.

Latest version of T2 Pro X not functional/unsafe
I bought my 3rd T2 Pro X this week (first stolen, second damaged in rear accident). The new version has much lower quality and is no longer fully functional or safe. The metal rails supporting the bikes have been reduced in length by about 2”. My 61 cm frame road bike slightly hangs over. My 61 cm frame gravel bike with longer base almost completely hangs over held by the strap only - Unsafe!. My mountain bike rear wheel falls off the side - completely unusable. The price has been reduced by $100 - good. But the rolling wheel has been removed and the built in bike locks have also been removed. Those were nice to have. I would have paid $100 more to keep them, but can live with it. But cutting the length of the supporting rails by 2” makes this version of the T2 Pro X only partially useable for my road bike only, unsafe for my gravel bike, and completely unusable for my mountain bike.

good design
looks like it is made of good steel and has good black coating on the parts. To bad the front wheel holders did not have the lock assy. as a standard feature. It is a bit heavy but that is fine for me.Very solid and sturdy. Fits great on 2024 outback

Easy to use functions!
I’ve been using the Thule 2t Pro X for about a month. I love it for the ease of installation and the features that allow for ease of loading two 48 pound e-bikes. The easy action allows for quick effortless access to the tailgate of my Outback.

Good rack
Installation was straightforward, but I think it could have been simpler. The rack works flawlessly and is very robust. I have zero worries about my bikes when they are back there.

Excellent, sturdy bike rack!
I’ve been using this bike rack for about a month on a cross country trip on my Subaru Forester. My wife and I absolutely love it. It’s a bit heavy but feels very sturdy and robust. I love that it locks to the hitch receiver and that the hooks for the front wheels also have receptacles for the Thule core locks. If I had to make a complaint, I would like the rear tire strap to be a bit more robust and secure, but we have not had any issues. First time Thule buyer and very satisfied with our purchase!

Great rack, cheap locking mechanisms
I did like this bike rack but the locking mechanism to the rack itself was very cheap. My bike rack was stolen off my hitch even though it was locked on there. Pretty bummed to spend so much on a nice rack to have it not even actually be secure even after following all of the locking instructions. So disappointed. My hitch itself wasn’t damaged which leads me to believe there is an easy way to mess with the locking knob to get it off the hitch fairly easily. Buy an extra lock for security!’

Buy the one key system with it.
Everyone knows how awesome Thule products are. One thing I want to give a heads up about is that it doesn't come with locks for the bike hooks , ans ainxe you have to buy those locks I would just buy the Thule one key system before installing the rack, since I already installed it ans the locks it came with, now I order more ans I have multiple keys. So just throw away the lock it come with and buy the one key system. Much easier
