outstanding, however.....
Alright, this is the most comfortable hydration pack I've ever worn and I have tried many. The low on the back design, functional side pockets, and hose magnet are the outstanding features. All it needs for 5 stars is a quick-connect between the tube and the bladder. The presents set up doesn't allow for easy bladder exchange or cleaning.

Bladder replacement NOT available
This is a great Hydration bag, convenient and light but the reservoir last only 5 months, it ripped through the welded or heat pressed area at the edge of the bag, no way of fixing that and there is no replacement on the market. Completely disappointed.

This pack will make you love riding with a pack again
I've been trying many forms of hydration (bottles, waist packs, and hydration packs) trying to find the best solution to actually hydrate while riding, and provide comfort and convenience, on rough trails. The Vital 3L hit the sweet spot of being super comfortable, even on demanding trails, while making it easy to drink. Sitting very low on my back, and having mesh backing, allowed me to stay much cooler than any pack I've worn, it is even cooler than some waist packs I've tried!
