I was disappointed how long and loose this is. I hope it shrinks because paying $6 to return a square of cloth is ridiculous. The color is blah, the design is hardly visible on the blue and overall very washed out. I thought this would be a fun 40s age appropriate skirt but it's definitely frumpy and too old looking for me to wear out or to work in the city. I'll stick to my NY stores and use this as summer sweatpants.
