front handle bar bag

- I returned this product before using it
Essentially this was a long dry bag that was folded over and had a clasp. It had a deep separate pocket that was velcroed to the sides of the bottom of the bag. Not easily accessible it was awkward. Lots of velcro. Not a good value. Very expensive. I sent it back.
