Falls short

- I returned this product before using it
The materials are nice and the product feels premium, but it is not designed for a modern carbon road bike, or any bike with a thick bottom bracket and downtube. In its tallest form (first product picture), I was able to make it work and perch my bike atop the stand, however the bottom bracket cannot fully contact the stand and the arm comes into contact with the downtube. The stand arm is thin enough that I can spin my cranks freely despite my thicker-than-aluminum frame, but the stand is really not stable at all. I purchased this so I wouldn't have to use a work stand to lift my rear triangle off the ground for bike washes and I'm sad the design let me down.
