It works well for my needs.

Water proof as advertised - got caught in an hour long downpour on 2nd ride. Not a hint of wet inside. It is large enough to carry snacks, tools, tube, inflator, and multiple CO2 cartridges. It was easy to install. My only complaint is the little side pockets are hard to deal with inside the bag - they are tight and tough grab items.
