Inner sole broke stitching

Extremely disappointed. The first time putting my foot in the boot all the stitching holding the inner liner to the boot broke free. Think of it as a boot with a big insulated sock stitched inside. Read many comments to size up. I did and regret it. I have regular foot. Order your regular size. Returned these for Chelsea mid winter boot. Very satisfied with their other boot
