Everlite Sleeping Bag: 45F Down
A perfect sleeping bag is a versatile sleeping bag, and Western Mountaineering's got just that. The Everlite Sleeping Bag boasts a 45-degree rating, but it's as breathable and lightweight as a quilt. Western Mountaineering's design allows the bag to be used as a sleeping bag, as a blanket, or as insulation to wrap around yourself and your hammock. It can also be used as an overbag with another mummy to create an efficient cold weather system, and it offers open top and bottom sections with adjustable draw closures. There is no foot box for this sleeping bag due to its open design.

Obsessed with bag but wrong description!
I haven't used the bag yet but I'm already obsessed with it. I bought it to be a summer bag for when it's too warm for my WM TerraLite and as a liner/overbag for when I need a little extra warmth. It's packs so small and it's so light! Both bags plus my pillow fit in a 12L stuff sack. Backcountry.com's product info shows the regular length at 60 in. and the long at 65 in. This is incorrect! Based on the info, I ordered the long - I'm 5'8" and wanted it to come up past my shoulders. The long is actually 78" (from the drawstring at the foot to the top of the bag). I called customer service and explained the situation to Pat. He sent me a return authorization and expedited a regular bag out to me as a replacement. It measures 72" and it's perfect! One item to note is that the zipper only works from the outside of the bag - not a problem for me as I appreciate the trade-off to reduce weight. Like other reviewers, I love WM's bags - this is my 5th (my two daughters have the other 3). I have no need to spend my money on any other brand.
