Why did I wait so long?!
I really am enjoying the rollers. I like the clips to secure the rollers. I am a 60 yr old, post menapause woman with fine and thinning hair. I struggle to get any volume or body. Now if I could get the curl or body to last longer than an hour🤞🏼 I am disappointed that the clips do not store in the pocket of the bag with the curlers on the base. Thank you for the opportunity to purchase from your returns.

One of the elements on
One of the elements on the bottom doesn't fit any roller very well. So one roller does not heat up unless you hold it down. I just move it to another element. I guess that is what you get with refurbished product.
