Rack is good, Backcountry is awesome
- Familiarity:
- I've used it several times
Found ourselves in a last-minute crunch for a bike rack for a trip. A friend recommended this Yakima FullBack, so we ordered and we paid for expedited shipping. The expedited option said shipping would take 2-days and given the bulk/weight of this item I was skeptical that it would arrive that quickly. I did a chat with Backcountry and they confirmed that 2-day was possible. And to our complete relief that's exactly what happened! Though the product went from UT to TN before delivery in CA, it all happened in 2 days. Installation of the rack on the back of our SUV was pretty straightforward, rack is solid and reliable as long as you follow instructions, and be sure when they tell you to go to the fit guide on Yakima's website to get extra instructions for your particular vehicle that you do it! Anyway, Backcountry is now my default, go-to outdoor/rec equipment resource. THANK YOU BACKCOUNTRY!!
