Really small and odd neck

Size M. So small I could only wear a t shirt under it. Neck is so tall and stiff its like a tube and feels awful. The image makes it look like you can unzip the neck. Not so. Its the outside cover that unzips but the neck is still tall, narrow and stiff. Very claustrophobic feeling.
