Love these Keylock Ovals
Love the snag-free design. I use these dedicated to each of my aid ladders and ascenders (upper hole for locking rope)

Holds My Nuts
The oval shape is best for storing nuts. The wires just sit better than a normal carabiner. With the shape, sometimes it's a little hard to tell which side opens. I put colorful tape on the not-gate side to easily tell.

No snags
Keylock nose carabiner for racking a set of nuts. What’s not to love? Nuts are now easily accessible and don’t get snagged on the nose when unclipping.

Size matters!
Old Standards, hollow Salewas, several iterations of generic oval biners and most recently, the BD wiregate ovals aren't as roomy or as less likely to snag on webbing, pitons or wires as the keylock. Full size biners rule.

Solid Carabiner
