Great Vest!

My daughter got this vest for me and I love it! Good vest. Only complaint is the stiffness of the collar. It rubs under the chin and will not flatten. But other than that I love it highly recommend this vest will be purchasing another one just a different color!

The collar won't stay folded. I wish it had a hood.

Collar needs improvement

I work outside and almost all if not all of my work clothes and outerwear are made by Carhartt. I have two of these vests and my only complaint is the collar. It stabs me in the chin making them uncomfortable to wear. I also have the Sherpa lined mock neck vests that are much more comfortable to wear. These are the only Carhartt products that I have ever had a complaint about, wish they would do something to fix it as apparently quite a few people have said the same thing.

Great Product but Needs a Tweak

When I tried this on in the Store I loved The Material ! The reason I did not buy was because of the Collar as many are telling you here.My old Carhartt Black Vest Model 0V4395-M I wear every day of the year because of the pockets .Its really starting to show its wear,But has served me well... Even in the summer! I also have the Extremes Jacket ! I would love this Super Dux vest with the rib knit collar....I am probably going to pick up the Gilliam vest for now as well. But please make this with the shorter collar. Thanks for Great products....

Great product. The fit is perfect and the color is even nicer than in the picture. The pockets are great!

Light weight and comfortable

I received this vest for Christmas and really liked it. It moves with your body as opposed to other duck vest where they take awhile to break in. Keeps you warm without over heating you. I would agree with others on the collar can be a little bother some I took a towel and placed it over collar with an iron to try and press it down into place. It seemed to help. But I would recommend maybe putting some snap buttons under the collar to keep them down and out of your face as I like to where mine folded down and not popped up. Other then that I really like mine.
