Great from low 40s to low 60s F

I've had a pair and used them all last winter in temps from low 40s to low 60s. You have to adjust the other stuff as temps rise and fall but these shorts were great in that range. I pair with knee warners for upper 50s to upper 60s. I pair with leg warmers when temps won't exceed 60. They might be ok lower than low 40s but I never used them below maybe 40F and it warmed up that day to high 40s. I routinely ride 3.5 hours on them and have no issue with the chamois. I'm going to order another pair (and another pair of leg warmers) so I don't have to do laundry as often. I tried hard to determine if the material was different than the Nano Flex Pro, and I think it's the same but the legs just have a slightly different cut, and the NFP is designed around racing and warmth further down the thigh. When you're wearing knee or leg warmers, I think the tutto nano are probably the better choice. YMMV. Oh, I have sprinters legs: 5'10", 181 lbs and 24 inch thighs. I wear a L in Castelli tops and XXL in shorts (yes, double XL). Go figure.

Great for transitional weather

These are great bibs for when a bib-tight is too much. For example, when the morning starts off mid-to-low 50s, but is expected to reach mid-60s to low-70s by the afternoon. There is a thin layer of fleece insulation to keep you warm and the chamois is super comfy. Like the Tutto Nano jersey, the bibs are not waterproof; they will resist a light misting, but that's about it. I bought a large and it fits perfect -- tight but non-restrictive.
