Why We Like The Krypton 130 ID Ski Boot
We like The Dalbello Krypton ID Ski Boot because we have a penchant for dropping cliffs, navigating tight chutes, blasting through trees, and charging down the steepest terrain on the mountain, and so does this boot. Boasting an expertly stiff 130 flex, the Krypton gives us the power necessary to drive our big-mountain sticks down the mountain's "expert only" runs, while a narrow 98 millimeter last is ideal for skinny-footed skiers or expert shredders like us who value a close, precise fit.

It’s a shame about these buckles
- Familiarity:
- I've put it through the wringer
This boot rips right out of the box but alas as with the other review here the buckles aren’t up to the task. After about twenty days the toe buckle rivet blew. The other one on the other boot is just about there as well. Dalbello in NH won’t return calls or reply to emails. It’s a shame because these boots otherwise crush.

Disapointing Quaility

Not a bad boot while it lasted. Buckles are just too light to support a supposed 130 flex boot. The buckles need more reinforcement to secure the shell. Unfortunately there are no replacement buckles available for purchase at this time. I've attempted to warranty the boot with no help from backcountry, and now going through a local rep. They don't make it easy.
