Go Brakeless

Overall content with the bindings. I'd recommend saving your money though and buying them brakeless. They require a lot of power to switch out (wasn't a fan on steeper changeovers) and both brakes broke within the first season of use which made for a very all hands on deck kinda situation every time I needed to go back into walk mode. Once I got the brakes removed, it made for much smoother transitioning.

Good binding, some freezing issues

Good lightweight binding, pretty easy to use. Good on uphill and downhill. Sometimes ice builds up in the toe piece and prevents the binding from switching into walk mode. This is annoying sometimes because it's difficult to get the ice out. Can't fit a ski pole in there so you need to get out a multi-tool or something.

Touring masterpiece!

So light and SO functional without being over built. The step in is easy even with moderate snow in the binding. The switch from tour to ski can be completed without using your hands… while using a ski pole and standing. The release values are pretty consistent, but they aren’t a free ride binding. Just know what to expect from them.
