Why We Like The Carbon Bottle Cage
You may not think much about your bottle cage, but you probably should. After all, you take pride in the fact that you hand-selected every single component on your magnificent race rig, so why is your bottle cage just an afterthought? Fortunately, while you were busy not thinking about your bottle cage, the folks at ENVE were obsessing over it. What they came up with is pretty special. The ENVE Carbon Bottle Cage is made from carbon fiber (what else?) with stainless steel hardware. Look great and they’re, well, Enve, a name t love and droll over. Looked great on my TCR outfitted with Enve 3.4s and aero bars. BUT, and it’s a BIG BUT, the bottles come out even on small bumps. They’re also the most difficult cage to put a bottle in. I ended up returning them, thanks CC for taking them back. Ordered some Tune cages, 10g!
