I have been wearing wool as a first/base layer for several years. Icebreaker is one of the better known companies that makes several everyday products from wool, not just base layers. I really like the options of tank tops, crew necks, and v-necks. They are not inexpensive, but you can find them discounted a couple of times per year. If you are looking for a better-than-cotton undershirt option, give these a try!

Be repared for a scratchy start
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought black and white shirts. The first time I wore the black one I was itching by the end of the day. I did not have the same experience with the white even though both were washed before wearing. The shirts were comfortable otherwise and didn't smell so I'm going to hope the black one softens up over time.

Great t shirt
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are terrific shirts. My husband is always cold so I switched him from cotton to wool. They wash beautifully on cold and dry in the dryer on low heat or just hang up. He is long in the torso and they fit great.
