Hey I have a pretty average build 6ft 190lbs 35-36 in waist (actual) And these fit terribly. They felt really cheap Im sorry to say and they were cut so odd. Got a large and wore like a small/medium Not sure. But I own a good amount of outdoor gear and not impressed. Definitely try on My experience but be fore-warned
