The Women's Skwama Climbing Shoe is La Sportiva's high-performance slipper for competitive bouldering and technical sport climbing. P3 technology applies a Permanent Power Platform that ensures the Skwama's downturn stays aggressive from its first climb to the last. The S-Heel construction optimizes fit for superior heel hooking, and Vibram's XS Edge sole sharpens the sides for ideal edging, slicing, and dicing. This shoe's soft midsole enhances sensitivity when you're feeling out microscopic footholds. La Sportiva styled the Skwama's upper with laser-cut leather and microfiber reinforcements that reduce stretch.

Great All-Round Shoe!
I personally love this shoe. It is comfortable, easy to slip on and worked great in multiple types of climbing. Definitely am going to get these again.

The Almost Perfect Climbing Shoe
- Familiarity:
- I've put it through the wringer
- Height:
- 5' 8"
The women's version of this shoe fits really well. It's comfortable and supportive and offers the benefits of both a stiff and soft shoe. I am able to confidently use it on small and awkward foot holds, but I trust it just as much on volumes and smearing! I do wish the heel kept its shape and fit after several months of wear. I've found that the heel loosens slightly. While it doesn't loosen to the point to where they're no longer effective, I personally think it loosens enough to lose some confidence when heel hooking smaller holds. I understand the shoe will stretch over time, but I downsized considerably so there shouldn't be any excuse for them to not fit well especially as a guy wearing the women's versions which is supposed to be lower volume. Overall, I am more than satisfied with the shoe. I think if you're looking to get a pair of shoes that does an all around great job at everything, this is the shoe.

delaminates
The skwamas are very comfortable, fit my heels well. My friend suggested the solutions but these were a much better fit for me with a smaller heel and a bit of a wider foot. Smears well, Great for tiny edges, heel and toe hooks. I use them for bouldering, sport and gym. The only problem is that they de laminated after 2 weeks and I am not one to ruin or go through climbing shoes quickly. I was told that it was common for these shoes. Its too bad because they feel great and I love them. but considering the durability I would not get them again.

Great shoe!
Great shoe! I wear them for bouldering since it's a bit aggressive. :)

My Favourite Shoe
The Women's Skwama has to be my favourite all-round shoe. I use this shoe for bouldering, sport climbing, trad climbing and training in the gym. I find it performs all all arenas. The only time I don't favour it is on vertical, technical climbing when I want a bit of a stiffer shoe. It's comfortable and the strap allows me to snug it up tight so that the heel stays on with heel hooks. If you're looking for a Jack (or Jill!) of all trades, this is the shoe for you!

Skwama love
These shoes are a softer, lighter version of the solutions. I have narrow feet and a very narrow heel- these fit perfectly. I couldn’t be happier.

Best all around shoe!
This has been my go-to shoe for all of 2019. I'm not normally one for the women's specific shoes, but this one fits everything so perfectly. It's soft enough to feel the tiniest edge, yet aggressive enough to help you swim through the Madness Cave at the RRG. It's easy on and off velcro makes it a great shoe for bouldering or sport climbing.

All-around favorite climbing shoe
I have been wearing the women's skwamas since they were released and they are my hands-down go to for EVERYTHING (bouldering, routes, gym). They are soft enough to be sensitive on the rock, but stiff enough mid-sole for aggressive climbing.

My #1 Go-To
The women's Skwama is my go-to shoe for almost all terrains and styles of climbing. From steep bouldering to technical smears to gym climbing, the Skwama is my #1 choice. The Skwama fits my narrow foot and heal, which is a tough find for me. With a flexible midsole but slightly stiffer toe, the Skwama allows me to edge precisely AND pull with my toes. It's also a super comfy shoe, so my feet are happy during long days out climbing or long training sessions in the gym.
