Why We Like The Maloja NaninaM Pant
The Maloja NaninaM Pant prevents us from overheating when we step onto our cross-country skis for some winter cardio. These pants feature wind-resistant Stormshell fabric up front to cut the breeze with a stretchy thermal softshell fleece in back for more freedom of movement. The 3-layer fabric provides a basic layer of insulation with excellent breathability and ventilation zippers to limit sweating and maintain a comfortable microclimate that's not too hot or too cold for our winter excursions outdoors.

Great Fit for Movement XSki

These pants were well thought of in terms of knee articulation, free movement throughout when cross country skiing. The fabric is high quality. I wish that the insulated thermal material was throughout the pant, not just the back side, the front has the soft shell windbreaker material, it would benefit to have the insulation there as well, especially around the knees. I was skiing in 10F and my knees felt the chill. Even moving fast, building up some heat that thin layer of thermal would have been useful! Next time I will have to wear leg warmers over the knees to keep them warm. It would be ideal if the whole pant was the windbreaker soft-shell layer with the underside the soft thin fleece throughout.
