Mammut does it again.
Double blacks or a day on the greens - invest in Mammut Quality. I use this coat as a casual skier, it's everything I need out of a ski jacket. Ski skirt fits in all the right places, lining keeps me dry and warm - whether I'm skiing on a warmer day in the Pacific Northwest or taking on sub zero temps at Jackson Hole. Highly recommend.

I've skied in this jacket several times: fits well, well place pockets, works well in rain and snow, stylish

Sick shell
Love this jacket. Big pocket for touring skins, the pink and navy combo is hot, durable, and light. The hood is a little big but I haven't worn it with a down hood under it yet, I'm 5'1", small but muscular and the XS is a good size. Fits layers underneath but not too tight. Love the vents on the collar, and the length. The cuffs and my gloves don't play well together but hoping I can find a pair of gloves that fit better overtop or underneath.

Awesome jacket! Amazing for ski touring but also offers many of the comforts of a resort jacket. Lots of great details including a ski skirt, large pocket for skins (life changing once you have one-I will never go back to shoving skins inside of my jacket proper), skirt for your wrists, great pocket placement, pit zips, and wide hood to easily fit over helmet.

Bought this jacket for my girlfriend as her first real ski coat. This is hands down one the nicest ski coats I've seen. We ski moderate to advanced terrain all over Colorado every week in the winter. The coat has remained waterproof and keeps her warm even in the windiest conditions. Highly recommend this product!

Bomb proof gore tex backcountry jacket. Needed something that can withstand riding a sled at 40 mph, but isn't too bulky to ski in. Helmet hood is awesome, great pockets, quality build. Expect it to last 10 years like my last jacket!

Great quality jacket. Keeps me very warm with only a thin layer underneath.

Ski Touring Backcountry Jacket
I've used this on longer backcountry ski touring trips and I love it. It has a quality feel, dumps heat really well, and holds up to serious weather. I am 5'8" and 145. I typically wear a M and with this jacket, I could have ordered a small. I'm fine with the size as I like to fill my pockets (skins, snacks and extra gloves) and wear many layers. I like being able to pull the jacket below my bottom when I sit down too.

Top quality jacket for any conditions
Great jacket for both resort and backcountry skiing. For the latter you have the big pocket on the front that fits the climbing skins. Another plus it the unique colors making you easier to find in a crowd. Only thing missing is a hole to thread headphones directly from pocket to inside of jacket.

Fantastic jacket. I purchased for resort skiing and colder ski touring days. The fabric is very light weight and feels durable. My favourite feature so far is the high collar with the zippers to provide extra room when wearing multiple layers around the neck. The collar comes up to my nose and kept my face warm while skiing at -32! The jacket has large pockets which is really nice and hard to find on a women's jacket. The jacket is long and comes down over my butt (Height 5'2"). The jacket has a nice shape to it with contoured sleeves and large cuffs to fit over mitts. The jacket has a lot of room (Chest 34", waist 26", hips 34"). I thought the size small was a little large, that said this week it was -20 to -30 and with multiple layers underneath (including the proton and broad peak hooded down jacket) the jacket did not feel tight or uncomfortable. The only negative is the draw strings to pull the hood down in the front slowly released while skiing. Not a huge problem as most of the time I do not ski with the hood up. The hood does fit with lots of room over the helmet and the draw string at the back tightens well.
