Why We Like The Mountain Hardwear Bishop Pass Sleeping Bag

The Mountain Hardwear Bishop Pass Sleeping Bag is the bag that does it all, whether we're backpacking in the Cascade Range late into the fall or setting up a winter campsite in the High Peaks of the Adirondacks. Built to extend our camping season to any time the temperatures are still positive, the lofty 650-fill down keeps us insulated from chilly weather with the help of a full-length draft tube and cozy draft collar that minimize heat loss in the coldest conditions. The lightweight, packable design gives us the freedom to backpack through the colder months so we can enjoy having the trails and campsites to ourselves.

Stayed nice and toasty in single digits.

This is another great product from Mountain Hardware. Stayed nice and toasty in single digits. The only reason for 4 stars is that it's a little smaller than I think it should be. Its snug around the shoulders and I'm 5'8" 175lbs. Not much room for water bottles or extra layers.

Exactly what I was looking for

My wife gave me this bag for Christmas and I've used snow camping at Paradise on Mt Rainier. It's awesome. Kept me warm with just a thin baselayer on. Comfortable fit for a performance mummy bag. The fabric is super soft and quiet. The perfect new addition to my quiver of bags!

Great Choice

I shopped for a while before settling on this bag. It has a desireable weight to warmth ratio. It is comfortable and roomy even for me at 6ft 6inches and 220 lbs.
