Why We Like The Fresh Foam Hierro V7 Running Shoe
When we heard New Balance made the Fresh Foam Hierro V7 Running Shoe, we were curious how it compared to previous versions of the Hierro. This updated release has the same gripping outsole and responsive midsole as its predecessors. The difference is the upper, which is lower in weight and higher in durability, thanks to the water-repellent mesh.

Fresh foam Heiro
Sizing was the worst i've ever had with a NB product running shoe. It felt like it was several sizes too small.

No arch support other wise comfortable if not for long distance walk or run.

Dog walker
Love NB and especially for the amount of walking I do, these are perfect for road and off road terrain.

Ok but not quite
I had another pair of New Balance fresh foam shoes which were the most comfortable of any shoes I’ve worn so far, and could walk all day in them. I thought these would be the same, but they are smaller and not quite as supportive as the first pair. They are a good general purpose walking shoe however.

Great Rotation!
I did not buy it for running trails. I use it in my rotation of the Fresh Foam shoes. They are comfortable, my orthotics fit well, and I love the mossy green color. I work on cement floors and am on my feet for 12 plus hours a day. These work work well and I would buy them again.
