Like this vest better than the active skin 8!
I ran with the active skin 8 for a year, and it was starting to wear out. I also needed something with more room for ultras. I love the extra zipper pocket and wider mouth bottles. The vest seems a little lighter but I can't be sure. Breathability is great as is the insulated sleeve for the bladder. The vest does sit a little lower on my torso than the 8. I like this better as it seems to reduce bounce. It is a little tricky drinking while running rugged trails as I have to bend my head down a bit further. Not a deal breaker, just had to get used to being a little extra careful.

Great pack, great fit, super comfy. Love it!
Sizing chart is spot on. I am a smaller woman, 5'5" ish and about 120pounds but I prefer the unisex bags for their sizing and set up with the pockets in front being bigger and not slanted, like the women specific vests. I prefer to use large bladders and a 1.5L bladder fits perfect, feels comfortable, and has a sleeve for it, as well as a clip type system on the top to hold the bladder in place. I love the colour. Been using it LOTS over many months and it still looks brand new. Great quality, no complaints.

Always trust in Salomon
This is my second Salomon vest (upgraded from Adv skin 8 to a 12 for more space), and this vest is so versatile. Can take it for all day hikes or long trail runs. Bring it on shorter runs too where I just want to carry water and you don't notice the bulk of the bag. Feels seamless and easy to forget its on your back.

Great Purchase!
I bought this vest a couple of months ago and have loved having it with me on my long runs! I love how much storage there is for all of my fuel and the water flasks are the perfect size. I am 5’ 3” and about 175# and the medium fit great for me.

Great Pack - Terrible Durability
I bought one of these packs from another website and within a few months, the stitching had come apart on one of the pockets rendering it useless. Other than that the pack is amazing and super comfortable. Just a shame I can't use one of the zip pockets now because of poor construction.

All round brilliant vest!
My first ever running vest bought on good reviews here and elsewhere. So far I'm really pleased with its quality, lightweight, design, usefulness and practically. I use it for just about everything - running, hiking, travelling, holidays (including the beach!).

Very comfortable
I've had my ADV Skin 12 for about 4 years now. I've used it on training runs all the way up to a 240 mile trail run. It's very comfortable and easy to put on and take off. It isn't the most durable for crawling through branches and thickets, but that really isn't the purpose of this bag. After 4 years of use, it is time to think about replacing it. I have had to replace the front attachment straps, but that only happened a couple months ago. So they are pretty durable even though they are very thin.
