I bought the Chalk Violet Heather and Black/Charcoal Heather and they arrived today. I already know I will live in them at least 3 seasons a year, but I wanted to give some sizing notes. I've bought Smartwool clothing for 15+ years and my instinct was to order my original size (XL), but I decided on L because their tops have been running larger in recent years. It was the right call. The black/charcoal fits me perfectly, close-fitting without being tight. Oddly, the purple one is slightly larger than the black/charcoal (particularly under the arms) even though they're the same size. It's not enough of an issue to return it but I wish there was some quality control in this world.

This is my wife’s new go-to hoodie. It is so comfortable. It is a nice weight with good climate control. She’s worn it many times since I bought it and loves it. Hope it’s available in other colors.
